Main Responsibilities:
Drive active sales of engineered wood products and solutions in European markets.
Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
Lead negotiations and prepare commercial offers.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and partnership.
To Succeed in This Position, You Will Need:
Proven B2B sales experience in international markets (engineered wood or construction an advantage).
Ability to open doors to new clients while nurturing long-term, sustainable partnerships.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Higher education in business, engineering, or a related field (an advantage).
Fluency in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written); German or a Scandinavian language is a strong plus.
Initiative, ability to work independently, and focus on results.
Willingness and ability to travel for business.
Salary
Monthly gross salary starting at €3800, depending on your experience and skills.
We have offices in both Klaipėda and Vilnius – therefore, we invite candidates from both cities to apply.
